Pengaruh Employee Engagement Dan Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Mediasi Modal Sosial (Studi Pada Pegawai Yayasan XYZ)

چکیده

Background - The high level of competition in the field educational services requires tertiary institutions to continue improve quality human resources, order survive era globalization. Organizations really need loyal and highly committed employees develop, therefore researchers are interested studying variables Employee Engagement, LMX OCB.
 Aim This study aims analyze effect Engagement Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by mediating social capital XYZ Foundation. 
 Design / Methodology Approach – Population this were 177 Foundation, using a purposive proportional sampling technique, only sample 109 employees. Research testing was carried out validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, t test, R2 test moderation SPSS 22. Findings results showed that: (1) have positive Social Capital OCB (2) (3) mediates OCB, (4) OCB. Conclusion empirical identify that attitude resulting from exists each employee will foster cooperation between fellow superiors with aim personal success, other people organization.
